The menu, curated by Chef Scott Iserhoff of Pei Pei Chei Ow, is country food elevated, and grants us a taste of Indigenous food sovereignty. This project was inspired by Cathy Mattes and Sherry Farrell Racette’s Métis Kitchen Table Talk and influenced by the history of food sharing as performance art.”
